Officina Meccanica Valmori was founded in 1979 in the Faenza area thanks to the initiative of its founder, Mr. Valmori, who is now supported by an absolutely trusted partner. Over the years, the workshop has specialized in the maintenance and industrial repair of a wide variety of machines, from electric motors to hydraulic water pumps, combining metal turning and milling with a complete mechanical construction service. A fleet of machine tools that is always up to date
To improve competitiveness on the market and respond promptly to its customers, the mechanical company has prepared an important investment plan, renewing its machine tool fleet with high-tech solutions. Mazak Integrex turning and milling centers, Nexus and QTE lathes, Haas 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining centers with pallet changers, an Okuma MU-5000V center and the Orion DY25 robotic island make up a department able to follow the entire production cycle internally.
The equipment is completed by the Crysta Apex S 122010 Mitutoyo three-dimensional meter, the Lasit laser marker and the Modula vertical warehouses for the orderly management of materials. This organization makes it possible to carry out iron processing, stainless steel processing and bronze processing on parts up to 1500 mm in diameter, without resorting to third parties for finishing.
